A:We do not sell to the personal directly. We only sell to importers or distributors.If you are the end user, we will pass your inquires to the most nearby distributors who can offer our products or related service.

A: You can email us or call us to get our distributor details in your area, or those who specialize in your vehicle's make and model.

A: Our minimum order will be based on your style of our keychain, additional handling charges will be required for LCL shipment. We are sorry unable to accept order amount less than USD$100.

A: For first time new customer, we can provide samples for your trial, we will quote the samples based on Ex-work which your forwarder needs to collect the products from our factory or door to door service which will include all transportation & freight charges to your office.

A: We are able to make the custom keychain according to your request, However before preceding the new products, we require you to provide us the product details by email or phone. Meanwhile, Minimum order quantity & mold charges are required for exclusive items. You may contact us for more details.

6)What kind of warranty do you have?

A: We warrant the products for one year after shipping date in case of workman defects or material fault only. In additional, most keychain products are hand-crafted, and now two items will be identical.

7)My product was shipped to me damaged. What should I do?
Q: My product was shipped to me damaged. What should I do?
A: Your product were shipped by ocean or air shipment from us, We examine and double-pack every item before shipping. However, due to the sizes of most items, handling can be awkward, and sometimes trucking staff do not handle them carefully. We must count on the consignee to examine the product’s condition upon receipt. If you notated all damages on the delivery receipt (which you should), then you can file a claim with the shipping agent.

8) What is your payment terms and How we arrange payment?

A:Two kinds of payment:
T/T: Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 50% down payment, balance upon fax of the bill of lading.
L/C: Letter of Credit. Bank information is available upon asking.

A:We will arrange production after confirmation of the order and payment. we will take 2-3 days to arrange production, book shipping will take less than 7 days. Shipping time depend on the destination place.

A:Email order details to including: the type of keychain,the word&imag you want to engraved on the keychain,Fonts, quantity, destination port (we need it to calculate the shipping cost), selling countries , consignee's contact information including detail address and phone fax number and email address, notify party, etc.
